At 11 :00 am, On the date of 21th, March, 2011, Liaoning Ruixing Group warmly and ceremoniously celebrates its  foundation for 10 years anniversary . More than 880 staff including leaders , old and new staffs participate this celebrate activities . Ruixing Group held a majestic national flag raising ceremony in theheadquarter of Liaoyang city for offering Ruixing group established for 10 years.
