On 8th,Dec,2010, China Bluestar Adisseo Nanjing Co.,Ltd and Liaoning Ruixing Chemical Group Co.,Ltd formally signed the strategic cooperation agreement. Based on the friendly consultation and mutual benefits policy, both parties have achieved a long-term cooperation agreement for CS2 unit which is a supplement unit for methionine project. The cooperation between the two parties including Carbon Disulfide technology transfer and the exclusive sales rights of product CS2 within 20 years has been executed.

China Bluestar Adisseo Nanjing Co.,Ltd is a subsidiary of China Bluestar Group. The new 14kt/y methionine plant planned to be established in NanJing is one of the national large priority project which will fill the blanketing area of domestic market. Liaoning Ruixing Chemical Group Co.,Ltd is the largest producer for Carbon Disulfide in the world and owns the up to date technology for producing Carbon Disulfide and mature market with sales channel.
