Liaoning Ruixing Chemical Group (Nanjing) Co., Ltd is a cooperative corporation, which was established by Liaoning Ruixing Chemical Group and China Bluestar Adisseo Nanjing Co., Ltd, for construction of national large-scale key project -AT88 project with annual capacity of 140,000 tons (liquid methionine project). 
Liaoning Ruixing Chemical Group Co., Ltd and China Bluestar Adisseo Nanjing Co., Ltd formally signed the cooperative strategic agreement on December 08, 2010. Both parties reached a long-term cooperation agreement on CS2 unit which is the complement for methionine plant. Another cooperation consensus is also reached for the use of CS2 technology and exclusive sale of CS2 product of 20 years. This project is schedule to put into production on November 2012 and to reach full capacity on 2016.
